1. Introduction

By using Xamlify, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This agreement takes effect on the date you access and use Xamlify’s Figma-to-XAML conversion tool.

3. Subscription-Based License

Xamlify is offered under a monthly or annual subscription model, granting access to all Figma-to-XAML conversion features while the subscription is active. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice and without liability to you.

As part of our offering, users can opt for a launch offer, which is a special subscription at a preferential price available at the time of sign-up. This launch offer will automatically renew annually at the same preferential price until the user decides to cancel the subscription. If you cancel the launch offer, you will not be able to resubscribe at the preferential price, and regular rates will apply for future subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

Since Xamlify offers digital products and services based on subscriptions, refunds are not granted once access has been provided. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions, including those acquired under the launch offer, will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal fees will be the rates in effect at the time of renewal.

6. Disclaimer

Xamlify does not guarantee that the tool will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all express and implied warranties not stated in this agreement, including but not limited to the loss of profits, data loss or corruption, business interruptions, or contract losses, are excluded and expressly disclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xamlify makes no warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise of the software. We shall not be liable for any representations, implied warranties, conditions, or other terms (unless fraudulent) or any loss of profits, indirect, special, or consequential losses, damages, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents) arising out of or in connection with the provision of any Xamlify service or product.

Our total liability to you, in the event that we are found to have breached this agreement, is limited to the amount you have actually paid for services or software. Any obligations or claims exceeding this limitation are released.

8. Price Adjustments

Xamlify's subscription and service prices may be subject to change as we improve the software and expand our offerings. Current users will be notified of any price changes prior to their next renewal and will have the opportunity to cancel if they do not accept the new price.

9. User-Generated Content

The user is solely responsible for the content generated using Xamlify. We assume no responsibility for how you use the generated code or for any outcomes derived from its use.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Mexico. You acknowledge that no partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Xamlify as a result of your use of the service. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Xamlify under any circumstances.
